App license

HypnoVue is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. This page explains the purchase and service features; it does not replace that license or your statutory consumer rights.

One-time purchases

Each individual expansion pack unlocks its 10 included pages. All Packs unlocks the 60 pages in the six current collections; it does not promise future collections. Ad Free removes in-app ads. These purchases do not include AI generation unless separately specified. Apple shows the local price before purchase.

Subscriptions

Pro is $9.99/year in the US and includes ad removal while active plus two AI pages per UTC calendar month. Unused allowance does not roll over. Unlimited AI is $4.99/month in the US and has no individual monthly generation allowance, but shares daily provider capacity. It does not include ad removal or expansion packs. Prices may vary by storefront.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges your Apple Account and may charge renewal during the final 24 hours. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access generally continues until the subscription expires. Apple handles refund requests through Report a Problem.

Restore purchases

Use Restore Purchases from the Store, AI Studio, or Settings while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restoration recovers eligible purchases and active subscriptions; it does not recover local artwork deleted from your device.

AI service

AI generation requires a valid subscription, internet access, and permission to share your description. The service uses shared daily capacity of up to 100 generation attempts, resetting on the next UTC day. It can pause when that capacity is exhausted, during outages, or when a request cannot be safely completed. AI results are variable and may contain imperfect lines or unexpected details. Avoid unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing requests, and do not submit private personal information. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique or to give you exclusive intellectual-property rights. HypnoVue is a creative tool, not a medical or therapeutic service.

Artwork and website

Built-in art and branding remain protected by their owners. You may use app exports for personal creative use under the applicable license. Do not redistribute the source expansion packs or sell them as your own. Use of AI output must respect applicable law and third-party rights.
